Psyllium husk
Psyllium is a form of fiber made from the husks of the Plantago ovata plant’s seeds. It is commonly used to remove toxins from the stomach, helping maintain a healthy digestive tract, relieve constipation, and regulate bowel movement. To make the product, selected psyllium husk seeds are used, milled, sieved, and winnowed. A normal daily dose is five to ten grams of the product, taken at bedtime in water or drink, including milk and fruit juice.
