JointEase

Björklund Pharma AS is developing JointEase as a food supplement for adults, based on a multi-ingredient formulation concept containing selected structural, botanical, and other substances with nutritional or physiological effects. The concept has been developed with attention to ingredient composition and formulation strategy in relation to joints and connective tissues.

Each capsule of JointEase contains 500 mg collagen peptides, 50 mg Boswellia serrata extract standardized to contain 65% boswellic acids, 40 mg Devil’s Claw extract standardized to contain 5% harpagosides, 25 mg ginger root extract standardized to contain 5% gingerols, 10 mg bromelain from pineapple stem, and 15 mg willow bark extract standardized to contain 15% salicin. These ingredients have been selected as part of the formulation concept and are commonly used in food supplements.

The development of JointEase has involved consideration of ingredient composition, formulation approach, and relevant scientific literature as part of the scientific basis for the formulation. JointEase is intended for use as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
